• Individuals with a physical, mental, or visual disability that severely limits their ability to run.
• Must be able to complete the full distance of the chosen event on their own.
• Mandatory presence of a guide/support runner

All distances of the 21K Nespresso de Montréal are open to adaptive participants.

Eligible athlete registration
The eligible athlete must register first on the registration platform. During the process, they will be asked to provide the name of their guide (accompanying person) in the designated section.

Guide registration
If the guide would like a full kit (bib with timing chip and medal), they must email info@couronsmtl.com to receive a promo code granting 50% off the registration.

If the guide does not require a kit, no action is needed. A support bib (without chip) will be provided at bib pickup. Only the eligible athlete’s time will be officially recorded.

Special bibs for easy recognition

For the guide runner

• If used, the tie between the runner and the guide runner must not exceed 61 cm in length.
• Pre-event preparation is mandatory for both the athlete and the guide runner.

For the support runner

• The support runner must not push, carry or pull the athlete during the race.
• Prolonged physical contact with the athlete is prohibited. Occasional assistance for balance or standing is permitted.

Included in the overall event ranking.

• The presence of a support runner is mandatory.
• The support runner must maintain constant contact with the wheelchair.
• Start with the last start group.

All distances of the 21K Nespresso de Montréal are open to wheelchair athletes.

• Same process as for autonomous runners with assistance.
• Registration on the official platform.

Non-motorized wheelchairs only.

• Bibs must be worn by athletes and support runners.
• Headphones are not allowed.
• The general rules of the event must be observed.
