Bib pickup will only be available on the following dates and locations:: 

In Brossard: 

Sports Experts, 2nd floor Quartier DIX30, Brossard

Friday April 18: from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Saturday April 19: from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

In Montreal: 

Sports Experts Sainte-Catherine, 3rd floor, Centre-ville, Montréal

Thursday April 24: from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Friday April 25: from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

It won’t be possible to pick up your bib on race day (April 26)

Required documents to pick up you bib: 

  • A valid ID
  • The QR code received by email upon registration

If you can’t make it, you can authorize someone to pick up your bib on your behalf. They must bring: 

 Would you like to transfer your race number to someone else? To do so, make the transfer directly from your Race Roster account.

It is possible to transfer your registration to another person until April 17, 2025*, subject to availability at the time of request. After this date, transfers can only be made on site, when bib numbers are handed out, subject to availability and the agreement of the organizer.

An administrative fee of $18.00 will be charged for any transfer of registration to another person, in addition to the registration fee. A refund will be issued to the person transferring their registration once the new participant has paid the fee online.

Please note that it is not possible to simultaneously change event and participant in a single transaction. If the person registering also wishes to change events, he/she must do so in a separate transaction, paying a fee of $18.00 for the event change, subject to availability.

At bib pick-up, a registration transfer for a fee of $30.00 will be accepted with written proof (printed or digital) authorizing the taking of the original registrant’s registration.

*The transfer option may be cancelled before April 1 if an event is fully booked.

Looking for a different challenge? You can change your chosen distance* until April 5, 2025. If you choose a longer race, you’ll have to pay the difference in price plus an $18 processing fee. If you choose a shorter distance, the fee will still apply, but the price difference will not be refunded.

There is an additional $30 fee for last-minute changes at bib pickup, subject to space availability.

It is not possible to defer your registration to a future edition. However, you may be offered this option if the event is cancelled.

Once you have registered, Race Roster will send you a confirmation email. Don’t forget to check your junk mail. For further verification, log into your Race Roster account and check your dashboard where you’ll find all your registration details.

If the 21K de Montréal is cancelled, you will be offered two options: 

1- Request a refund of your registration fee (minus the transaction fee). 

2- Transfer your registration to the next edition of the same event at no additional cost. For more details, please consult our full registration policy.

Do you need to make changes? Many changes can be made directly from your Race Roster dashboard. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact us.

The transaction fees you see on your invoice are charged by Race Roster, our registration platform. They cover credit card fees and the use of the service. Our organization does not collect any portion of these fees. 

Please note that these fees are non-refundable, even in the event of an event cancellation.

Your safety is our priority. The Courons MTL production team, with over 40 years of experience in managing large events, is recognized for its expertise in safety and medical management.

We have put in place a comprehensive plan that goes beyond established standards in the field. Our goal is to make the Marathon Beneva de Montréal a model of good health and safety practice so that you can run with peace of mind.

Walkers are welcome in all events, but must respect the time limits for each distance:

  • Half Marathon: 3 hours 
  • 10 km: 1 hours 30 minutes
  • 5 km: 1 hour

These limits are necessary to reopen the roads according to the schedule provided by the organization. 

Please note that there is no separate ranking for walkers.

There is no minimum age to participate in our events. However, we follow the recommendations of Athlétisme Québec:

  • 21.1 km: 18 years and over
  • 10 km: 16 years and over
  • 5 km: 14 years and over
  • 1 km: There is no minimum age requirement, but the maximum age is 12.

These recommendations are intended to ensure a safe and enjoyable running experience for all.

It will not be possible to collect bib numbers on the morning of the event. 

For everyone’s safety, strollers are only allowed on the 1 km and 5 km courses.

Donations made at the time of registration for any of the causes associated with the 21k de Montréal are non-refundable. However, the value of the donation made as part of the medal exchange is refundable, as is the value of the carbon offset. Thank you for your generosity to our partner causes!
