Can’t Pick Up Your Bib Yourself?

You can authorize someone to pick it up for you. They must present:

Where to Attach Your Bib

Secure your bib to the front of your shirt using the safety pins provided in your runner’s kit. If you have a running belt, you can also attach your bib to it.

In Case of Emergency – Back of Your Bib

Although everything should go smoothly, please remember to write your emergency contact information on the back of your bib before the race starts.

Transferring Your Bib

If you can no longer participate, you may transfer your bib to another person until April 9, 2026, directly from your Race Roster account.

An administrative fee of $18 applies to all online transfers. Once the transaction is completed and the fee has been paid, a refund will be issued to the person transferring their registration.

The transfer option may close before April 9, 2026, if a race reaches capacity.

After April 9, 2026, transfers will only be possible in person during bib pickup, subject to availability and organizer approval. A $30 fee will apply. The person receiving the registration must present written authorization (printed or digital) confirming the agreement of the originally registered participant.

Important

Running with an unassigned bib is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification. This rule is essential to ensure the safety and fairness of the event.

Start Corrals

You have been assigned a corral letter based on the estimated finish time you provided during registration. This letter appears in the upper right corner of your bib.

Need to Change Your Corral? You can request a change during bib pickup.

Strollers: Strollers are only permitted in the 5K race and must start at the back of the final corral. Strollers are not permitted in any other corrals and are not allowed in the 10K or 21.1K races..

Stay Warm at the Start

Race mornings can be chilly, especially while waiting in your corral. Feel free to wear an extra layer that you do not plan to retrieve (old sweater, light jacket, gloves, hat, etc.).

A few minutes before the start, simply place it on the ground beside your corral. Our team will collect the clothing after the start.

All collected clothing will be donated to local community organizations.

A small gesture that keeps you warm… and can make a real difference for someone else.

Official Runner's Shirt

Did you purchase the CIELE shirt during registration? It will be included in your runner’s kit and available for pickup at Sports Experts when you collect your bib.

No size exchanges will be possible.

Make sure to select the right size when registering!

Still available! You can purchase it online via Race Roster until April 9.

Une seule personne accompagnatrice par enfant est autorisée et celle-ci doit porter le dossard « Accompagnateur·rice » remis en même temps que le dossard du 1 km à la remise des dossards.

We strongly recommend that a parent accompany younger participants for safety and for a little boost when energy runs low. Accompanying parents do not receive a bib or medal—but those finish-line hugs and proud photos are the best prizes there are!

If you’re not running with your child, clearly explain where to meet up after the finish line.

Check and review the finish area map with them beforehand.
