FAQ

Yes, it’s possible! You can transfer your bib to another person until October 8 at 11:59 p.m. directly through our online platform, Race Roster, subject to availability at the time of the request.

After this date, transfers can only be completed on site during bib pickup at the Expo-Marathon, depending on availability and with the organizer’s approval.

Transfer Fees :

  • Before October 8 (online): $18 + service fees + taxes
  • Starting October 9 (on site at the Expo-Marathon): $30 + service fees + taxes

On-Site Transfer
After October 8, transfers can still be made during bib pickup at the Expo-Marathon, with fees of $30 + service fees + taxes (payable on site).

The person taking over the registration must provide:

  • a written authorization (printed or digital) confirming the agreement of the originally registered participant;
  • a photo of a valid piece of ID from the originally registered participant;
  • their own valid piece of ID.

Important Notes
It is not possible to make a change of events and a participant transfer in the same transaction.

→ If the new participant also wants to change events, a second transaction will be required ($18 fee), subject to availability.

For combos: transfers are allowed but must cover the entire combo (both selected events). Since the registration was purchased at a discounted rate, it is not possible to split them.

The transfer option may be withdrawn before October 8 if an event sells out.

Since the distance is sold out, there is no waiting list. To obtain a bib, check our official Facebook group where participants may offer their bibs for transfer.

Important: All transfers must be completed exclusively through RaceRoster. Never send money directly to the person selling the bib. This procedure is mandatory to prevent fraud, ensure a secure transfer, and guarantee that the bib is properly registered in your name.

Want to take on a new challenge? You can change events until October 8, 2026 (date subject to change).

  • Switching to a longer distance: you will need to pay the price difference + $18 administrative fee.
  • Switching to a shorter distance: only the $18 administrative fee applies (no refund for the price difference).

Last-Minute Decision?
It will still be possible to change your event on site during the Expo-Marathon, subject to availability.

Fee: $30 (payable on site)

No bibs can be reserved after the deadline, and registrations cannot be deferred to the following year.
