The bib pick-up takes place exclusively at the Marathon Expo, in the days leading up to the race. Exact details (locations, dates, and times) are provided in the Runner’s Guide, sent to all registered participants a few weeks before the event.

Important to remember:

• Bib pickup will not be available on race day.
• A valid piece of ID and the QR code sent by email are required.
• You may authorize someone else to pick up your bib with a signed authorization letter, a copy of your ID, and their own valid ID.

Participants set off in waves, which helps keep the course flowing smoothly and makes the experience more enjoyable. Thanks to the timing chip attached to each bib, results are based on every runner’s actual race time.

Parents may run alongside their children on the course, but they will not appear in the official results or receive participant perks (medal, shirt, snack, etc.). To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, the organization strongly recommends that young children be accompanied by a parent.
