Did you purchase the PRAISE shirt when you registered? It will be included in your race kit at the Expo-Marathon when you pick up your bib.
Make sure your selection matches your expectations!
This year, we wanted to tell the story of our city.
Not just wear its colours, but wear our sense of belonging. Every line printed on this fabric follows the contours of our island, tracing the boundaries of the places we train. It’s Montreal carried on our shoulders: the streets we run on, the bridges we cross, the neighbourhoods we discover stride by stride, and the gathering spots that unite runners from here and beyond. A design that captures the essence of our urban routes—created in collaboration with PRAISE.
Still available! You can order yours online via Race Roster until September 17.
Courons MTL now has its own app, bringing together the season’s two main events: the Marathon Beneva de Montréal and the 21K de Montréal.

At Courons MTL, we believe running is much more than a sport: it is a force of health, inclusion, and collective pride. In 2025, more than 40,000 people will take part in our events. This remarkable number reflects the vitality of a community that chooses, year after year, to come together and move forward as one.
Once again, Beneva is stepping up and inviting runners of all levels to take part in the 2025 edition of the Beneva Montreal Marathon — the largest running event in Quebec!
This year again, runners of all ages will make their way past some of Montreal’s most scenic sites, cheered on by the cheers of spectators and their loved ones. Many of our employees will be actively involved, whether on the course or volunteering behind the scenes.
This is where it all begins—and ends! The start and finish sites of the Marathon Beneva de Montréal are much more than meeting points: they’re the emotional backdrop of your journey. From the pre-race buzz to the finish-line euphoria, these iconic locations will witness your greatest achievement.
